This paper aims to investigate the relationship between art and business from the point of view of the latter. A first theoretical analysis introduces the different ways in which two worlds, apparently distant from each other, integrate and generate added value both within the organization and externally, bringing organizational and economic benefits. The second part becomes more specific by focusing on companies belonging to the goldsmith sector, bringing a series of examples that highlight the different ways in which art and business are intertwined. The analysis concludes with a study of a business case, Peruffo Jewelry, which will aim to demonstrate how art introduced in business strategies can constitute an advantage for the company.
Il presente elaborato si pone l'obiettivo di indagare il rapporto che intercorre tra arte e impresa dal punto di vista di quest'ultima. Una prima analisi teorica introduce le diverse modalità in cui due mondi, apparentemente distanti tra loro, si integrano e generano valore aggiunto sia all’interno dell’organizzazione sia verso l’esterno, apportando benefici organizzativi ed economici. La seconda parte si fa via via più specifica concentrandosi sulle aziende appartenenti al settore orafo portando una serie di esempi che evidenziano i diversi modi in cui arte e imprese si intrecciano tra di loro. L’analisi si conclude attraverso lo studio di un caso aziendale, Peruffo Jewelry, che avrà l’obiettivo di dimostrare come l’arte introdotta nelle strategie aziendali possa costituire un vantaggio per l’impresa.
