DIGNITA’ UMANA: CONDITIO SINE QUA NON DEI PLURALISMI IN AMBITO AZIENDALE

In the essay we will see how the word dignity acts as the main pillar aimed at respecting pluralisms as the latter are the consequent evolution of a correct respect for the lives of others, based not only on similarities as humans but also on differences as human beings. different. In validating what has been stated we will go through plural themes such as: history, philosophy, national and international law, theology, human sciences. We will understand how dignity takes on an ambiguous connotation and this difficulty of concordance is equally shared with the etymology: pluralism. We will come to understand how the word pluralism, in fact, does not merely indicate a set of cultures or different ways of thinking in a specific territory, but a real modus operandi towards which the State and the countries of the world should tend with the aim of incorporate the opposition to monism into all areas of life, considering reality as constituted by a plurality of principles that are not necessarily universal towards which everyone can freely decide to tend from a perspective where one does not copy but preserves and does not judge but it is respected; preserving everything obviously within the limits of ethics and reasonableness but above all of respect for the dignity of others, a dignity without which there could be no regulatory measure for pluralism. In everyday life, in fact, knowing how to determine oneself (recognizing one's own singularities, aptitudes, abilities, beliefs, values...) would mean preventing the hegemonic majority from having control over minorities, but it would also mean personally contributing to progress in the socio-scientific field. political and working. Finally, in the third and fourth chapter, we will analyze the data that emerged from the Mobilferro company of Trecenta (RO) orbiting around a specific research project that revolves around the following question: "Pluralism, understood as a manifestation of human dignity, represents a growth opportunities at company level?”

Nell'elaborato vedremo come la parola dignità si ponga come pilastro principale volto al rispetto dei pluralismi in quanto quest'ultimi sono la conseguente evoluzione di un corretto rispetto della vita altrui, fondato non solo su somiglianze in quanto umani ma anche sulle differenze in quanto esseri diversi. Nella convalida di quanto affermato attraverseremo tematiche plurali quali: storia, filosofia, diritto nazionale ed internazionale, teologia, scienze umane, capiremo come dignità assuma una connotazione ambigua e tale difficoltà di concordanza venga allo stesso modo condivisa con l'etimologia: pluralismo. In egual misura alla parola dignità controverso. Arriveremo a concepire come il significato di "pluralismo", di fatto, non indica meramente un insieme di culture o di modi diversi di pensare in uno specifico territorio, ma un vero e proprio modus operandi verso cui, lo Stato e i Paesi del mondo dovrebbero tendere col fine di inglobare in tutti gli ambiti di vita l’opposizione al monismo, considerando la realtà come costituita da una pluralità di principi non necessariamente universali verso cui ognuno può decidere liberamente di tendere in un’ottica ove non si copia ma si conserva, non si giudica ma si rispetta; conservando il tutto nei limiti ovviamente dell’etica e della ragionevolezza ma soprattutto del rispetto della dignità altrui, dignità senza la quale non ci potrebbe essere una misura regolatrice del pluralismo. Nella quotidianità, infatti, sapersi determinare (riconoscendo le proprie singolarità, attitudini, abilità, credi, valori...) significherebbe evitare che la maggioranza egemonica abbia il controllo sulle minoranze, ma significherebbe anche di contribuire personalmente al progresso in ambito, scientifico socio-politico e lavorativo. Spazi i quali funzionano sicuramente meglio se connotati dalla particella chiave di qualsiasi esperienza umana, ovvero: l’incontro, un incontro pregno di dignità. Infine, nel terzo e quarto capitolo, analizzeremo i dati emersi dall'azienda Mobilferro di Trecenta (RO) orbitando attorno ad uno specifico progetto di ricerca che si prefigge di rispondere alla seguente domanda: “Il pluralismo, inteso come manifestazione della dignità umana, rappresenta un’opportunità di crescita a livello aziendale?”
