Proposte di traduzione dei decreti spaziali della Federazione Russa: un'analisi storico-linguistica.

Firstly the paper will focus on legal language, listing the characteristics of the two examited languages, that are Italian and Russian. Subsequently, the focus will be on the peculiarities of the Italian and Russian technical-scientific style and then the problems that can be encountered in legal translation. The fourth chapter will focus on the history of the Soviet space programme and the people who contributed to its realisation; after that will quickly move on to the current situation in space policy. The translation proposals will first focus on some international law in the field of space policy and then move on to the founding act of ‘Roscosmos’ (State Agency for Space Activities).

L'elaborato verterà in primo luogo sull'approfondimento del linguaggio giuridico, andando ad elencare le caratteristiche delle due lingue prese in esame (italiano e russo). Successivamente il focus sarà prima sulle peculiarità dello stile tecnico-scientifico italiano e russo e poi si elencheranno le problematiche che si possono riscontrare nella traduzione giuridica. Il quarto capitolo sarà incentrato sulla storia del programma spaziale sovietico e le persone che hanno contribuito alla sua realizzazione per poi passare rapidamente alla situazione odierna in ambito di politica spaziale. Le proposte di traduzione saranno incentrate in primo luogo su alcune norme di diritto internazionale in ambito di politica spaziale per poi passare all'atto costitutivo della "Roscosmos" (Agenzia statale per le attività spaziali).
