La digitalizzazione del construction management e il controllo di gestione nel contesto del cantiere 4.0

Il presente elaborato si propone di dimostrare l’efficacia dell’uso di standard BIM per la gestione della realizzazione di fabbricati civili, ed evidenziare come la progressiva digitalizzazione della professione del project manager possa rendere più agevole la realizzazione dei fabbricati stessi. In primo luogo viene fornita una panoramica su queste due figure, il loro ruolo all’interno della commessa, gli strumenti a loro servizio e le principali problematiche che queste devono affrontare. Successivamente viene proposto uno studio sulla fase realizzativa del manufatto, evidenziando le principali tematiche affrontate dal project/construction manager nel corso del processo costruttivo. Successivamente viene approfondito il processo informativo della fase di realizzazione del manufatto, approfondendo la tematica dei software, formati e standard di gestione di commessa più innovativi. Si proseguirà con un inquadramento del concetto di “Cantiere 4.0”, cantiere cognitivo e altri temi nel campo della digitalizzazione del processo edilizio. Infine si svilupperà un caso studio che vedrà l’applicazione del BIM 4D per il controllo di gestione dell’hotel “Hampton By Hilton”, struttura di nuova realizzazione presso l’isola Nova del Tronchetto (Ve), dove ho svolto l’attività di stage presso l’azienda SICEA S.r.l. nel ruolo di assistente project manager impiantistico.
