Contemporary society imposes on new generations a continuous search for success, perfection and maximum performance, fueling constant competition. In a context of uncertainty and rapid change, adolescents are particularly vulnerable to stress and sociocultural stimuli, making the study of their mental functioning essential. Understanding their behaviors, the way they relate to themselves and others and the ways they respond to stress is essential to support them in their growth path and prevent risky behaviors. This work focuses on the analysis of the constructs of Agency and Communion, concepts still little explored in the adolescent context but crucial for understanding their mental well-being. After an overview of the developmental stages of adolescence, the importance of these constructs in healthy development is examined, integrating them in the Picture Frustration Study (PFS) and underlining the importance of a collaborative approach in psychological assessment. The research, conducted in several Italian schools, aims to analyze the communication methods of adolescents with low Agency and high Communion.

Abstract
The research, conducted in several Italian schools, aims to analyze the communication methods of adolescents with low Agency and high Communion.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
