Incentivare la sicurezza sul lavoro tramite Behavior-Based Safety e Task Clarification

The Behvior-Base Safety (B-BS) protocol makes it possible to increase the culture of safety at work. The following study aimed to replicate the validity of the method to a company reality, with the addition of the Task Clarification component. The experimental hypotheses envisaged an increase in the observed virtuous behaviour, with a steeper trend in association with the procedures in respect of which the expected expectations had been redefined. From the data analysed, the protocol was confirmed to have an influence on the implemented behaviours, even though not all results were found to exceed the threshold of significance. On the other hand, in relation to the activities associated with Task Clarification, there was an increase in the desired growth trend attributable to the addition of the process itself.

Il protocollo Behvior-Base Safety (B-BS) permette di incrementare la cultura della sicurezza sul lavoro. Attraverso il seguente studio si è voluta replicare la validità del metodo ad una realtà aziendale, con l’aggiunta della componente della Task Clarification. Le ipotesi sperimentali prevedevano di riscontrare un aumento dei comportamenti virtuosi osservati, con un miglioramento maggiore in associazione alle procedure rispetto alle quali erano state ridefinite le aspettative attese. Dai dati analizzati, il protocollo si è confermato avere un’influenza sui comportamenti attuati, anche se non tutti i risultati riscontrati risultano superare la soglia di significatività. In relazione alle attività associate a Task Clarification, si registra invece un incremento nell’andamento della crescita desiderata riconducibile all’aggiunta del processo stesso.
