Le competenze interculturali nel sistema di accoglienza: la prospettiva degli operatori nei progetti SAI

The migration phenomenon and the national reception system are at the basis of this research thesis. After an historical analysis of migration and reception at European and national level, introduced in the first chapter of the study, we move on to a theoretical analysis of work with migrants, the intercultural competences and the different theoretical social social relationships which will give a structure to the research demand that led to the formulation of the general objective and specific objectives of the study conducted. The third chapter will describe the research methodology used, the assumptions of the research and the limitations encountered. In the fourth chapter, the results of the analysis of the information collected during the interviews will be presented.

Il fenomeno migratorio e il sistema di accoglienza nazionale rappresentano la base del presente lavoro di tesi di ricerca. A seguito di un'analisi storico-normativa a livello europeo e nazionale in materia di migrazione ed accoglienza introdotta nel primo capitolo dell'elaborato, si passa ad un'analisi teorica rispetto al lavoro con le persone migranti, le competenze interculturali e diverse teorie psico-sociali correlate che andranno a dare una struttura alla domanda di ricerca che ha portato alla formulazione dell'obiettivo generale e degli obiettivi specifici dello studio condotto. Nel terzo capitolo verrà descritta la metodologia della ricerca utilizzata, i presupposti della ricerca ed i limiti riscontrati. Nel quarto capitolo verranno invece esposti i risultati a seguito dell’analisi delle informazioni raccolte durante le interviste.
