This thesis aims to analyze and assess the risks associated with exposure to noise and vibrations in complex work environments. The primary objective is to develop an application model for the identification, measurement, and management of such risks, in accordance with current health and safety regulations. Through a real case study, the methodologies for phonometric and vibration detection, data processing, and result interpretation are illustrated, with the goal of proposing effective corrective actions and preventive measures. The work also highlights the challenges related to the standardization of procedures in multi-site contexts and proposes solutions for centralized and consistent risk management. The results obtained demonstrate the importance of a systemic and integrated approach in protecting the health of workers exposed to these physical agents.
