IL PLACITUM DEL REGNUM ITALIAE NEL LUNGO X SECOLO: UN MODELLO DI TRIBUNALE?

The research theme investigates the institution of the placitum, judicial assembly, during the 10th century (888-1002). The three parts into which the thesis is divided address: 1) the relationship between the chosen places and the political-social context, 2) the internal hierarchy of the judging panel and how this is explained in the power relations (networks), and 3) the geographical mobility of the tribunal.

Il tema della ricerca indaga l'istituzione del placitum, assemblea giudiziaria, durante il X secolo ( 888-1002). Nelle tre parti in cui l'elaborato è articolato si affrontano: 1) la relazione tra i luoghi scelti e il contesto politico-sociale;2) la gerarchia interna al collegio giudicante e come questa si spiega nelle relazioni di potere ( networks); 3) la mobilità geografica del tribunale.
