In this work, self-organization phenomena in several active reaction-diffusion chemical systems have been analyzed by means of computational methods. In particular, we have focused on the study of particular eigenvalues and on simulations using the Zwicker PDE-Solver package available on Python in order to study E-type and R-type instabilities.
