The goal of this research is to assess the dispersion of twin transition in European regions. This analysis serves two main purposes. First, it identifies the regions with the highest and lowest twin transition advancements. This information can help ac-celerating regional innovation and supporting the twin transition across the EU. Sec-ond, the mapping aims to strategically tap into the untapped potential of lagging re-gions, fostering greater cohesion across Europe. Ideally, both objectives can be pur-sued in a way that reinforces one another.
