After a general introduction to the current context, complexity, and uncertainty characterizing the period we are facing, the Sales and Operations Planning tool is presented as an effective and efficient solution for aligning all the company functions involved according to a common, shared, feasible, and profitable plan. Case studies of companies where the S&OP process has been implemented will be presented, highlighting benefits and areas for improvement.
Dopo un'introduzione generale del contesto attuale, della complessità e dell'incertezza che caratterizza il periodo che stiamo affrontando, viene presentato lo strumento di Sales and Operations Planning come soluzione in termini di efficacia ed efficienza nell'allineare tutte quelle funzioni aziendale coinvolte secondo un piano comune, condiviso, fattibile e profittevole. Verranno presentati dei casi studio di aziende presso le quali è stato implementato il processo di S&OP evidenziando benefici e punti di miglioramento.
