Starting from a general introduction on the multiple meanings that the terms Landscape and Heritage can assume and on Cultural Heritage framed in the broader Cultural Landscape, this thesis intends to analyze different itineraries dedicated to the theme of the Great War, also deepening some themes connected to them concerning slow tourism and the evolution of mountain tourism and finally the debate on the valorization, education and transmission of the memory of the event and the heritage connected to it today and in the future to future generations.
Partendo da un’introduzione generale sui significati molteplici che possono assumere i termini Paesaggio ed Heritage e sul Patrimonio Culturale inquadrati nel più ampio Paesaggio Culturale, la presente tesi intende analizzare diversi itinerari dedicati al tema della Grande Guerra, approfondendo inoltre alcune tematiche ad essi collegati inerenti il turismo lento e all’evoluzione del turismo montano e infine il dibattito sulla valorizzazione, educazione e trasmissione della memoria dell’evento e del patrimonio ad esso collegato oggi e in futuro alle prossime generazioni
