This study investigates the impact of two commonly detected contaminants—caffeine and fluoxetine—on Tetraselmis marina, a marine microalga of ecological and biotechnological interest. T. marina cultures were exposed to caffeine, fluoxetine, and a combination of both, alongside untreated controls, to assess changes in growth dynamics, pigment content, lipid accumulation, enzymatic activity, and ultrastructural morphology.

Abstract
This study investigates the impact of two commonly detected contaminants—caffeine and fluoxetine—on Tetraselmis marina, a marine microalga of ecological and biotechnological interest. T. marina cultures were exposed to caffeine, fluoxetine, and a combination of both, alongside untreated controls, to assess changes in growth dynamics, pigment content, lipid accumulation, enzymatic activity, and ultrastructural morphology.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
