The aggregation of α-Synuclein is considered a key player in the development of Parkinson Disease. The mutations of this protein can affect this process, leading to the oligomerization and fibrillation of the same. In this work, a truncated form of α-Synuclein was studied, in order to understand the determinants of the aggregation process through biochemical and biophysical methods. This is useful for the comprehension of the complex etiology of Parkinson Disease.

Abstract
The aggregation of α-Synuclein is considered a key player in the development of Parkinson Disease. The mutations of this protein can affect this process, leading to the oligomerization and fibrillation of the same. In this work, a truncated form of α-Synuclein was studied, in order to understand the determinants of the aggregation process through biochemical and biophysical methods. This is useful for the comprehension of the complex etiology of Parkinson Disease.File in questo prodotto:
