The purpose of this thesis is to develop the preliminary thermal-structural design of the spectrometer MiniSPEC (Moon IN-situ Imaging SPECtrometer), intended for an all-Italian lunar exploration. The project opens with an overview of the history of our satellite and then continues with the analysis of the technical mission requirements of MiniSPEC. The developed three-dimensional model is then presented, and finally, the results of the thermal and structural analyses performed on the system are exposed.
La presente tesi si propone di sviluppare il design termico-strutturale preliminare dello spettrometro MiniSPEC (Moon IN-situ Imaging SPECtrometer), destinato ad una missione di esplorazione lunare tutta italiana. L’elaborato si apre con una panoramica della storia del nostro satellite per poi proseguire con l’analisi dei requisiti tecnici della missione MiniSPEC. Viene quindi presentato il modello tridimensionale sviluppato, ed infine, esposti i risultati delle analisi termiche e strutturali eseguite sul sistema.
