This thesis explores quality management processes in the aerospace industry, focusing on the tools and methods used to ensure compliance, safety, and continuous improvement. The content is based on my internship experience in the Quality Department at ISOCLIMA, a company specialized in advanced transparent solutions for the aerospace sector. The work highlights the importance of internal audits and inspections, using questionnaires, key performance indicators (KPIs), and dashboards to monitor and improve performance. It also discusses the evaluation and management of suppliers, as well as the handling of non-conformities and customer complaints, which are essential for maintaining high quality standards. Another key topic is the management of maintenance activities and measuring tools, which are critical for ensuring safety and reliability in aviation. The thesis also examines the application of lean practices, such as the 5S system, Kaizen, Ohno circles, and FOD (Foreign Object Debris/Damage) prevention. These methods support continuous improvement, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
