In this discussion, I aim to analyse and understand the role that sustainability plays in the economy: specifically, how it influences investment decisions made by investors and financial intermediaries. On one hand, sustainability is closely connected to ethics, but on the other hand, investors' primary interest is profit maximization. This study will start with a historical overview of key sustainability regulations and their limitations. It will then examine the main models of asset management for private investors and their respective indicators, followed by an analysis of common asset management and forecasting techniques, along with bank investment models. After this initial overview, I will analyse practical applications in asset allocation and management to improve the efficiency of sustainable investments portfolios. In the end, sustainability proves to be more than a moral obligation: it is a strategic force shaping economic decisions and transforming the future of global finance.

Abstract
In the end, sustainability proves to be more than a moral obligation: it is a strategic force shaping economic decisions and transforming the future of global finance.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
