Le riprese di film nei siti FAI: criticità e opportunità

This thesis examines the opportunities and challenges related to film productions in sites protected by the Italian National Trust (FAI). After a theoretical overview of film-induced tourism and the institutional role of FAI, three case studies are explored. Each chapter analyzes the impact of filming on tourism, cultural value, and site conservation, assessing the management strategies adopted. The final section compares the case studies and highlights how FAI can balance heritage promotion and protection through sustainable filming regulations.

La tesi analizza opportunità e criticità legate alle riprese cinematografiche nei siti tutelati dal FAI. Dopo un inquadramento teorico sul cineturismo e sul ruolo del Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano, vengono approfonditi tre casi studio. Ogni capitolo esamina l’impatto delle produzioni sul sito in termini turistici, culturali e conservativi, valutando le strategie di gestione adottate. La parte finale propone un confronto tra i casi, evidenziando come il FAI possa conciliare valorizzazione e tutela del patrimonio attraverso una regolamentazione sostenibile delle riprese.
