The research investigates EPC aspects of cooling tower water plants through academic literature and practical knowledge obtained during my internship at Bernardinello Engineering S.p.A. The research concentrates on engineering and water treatment aspects because I actively participated in document review and design meeting attendance, and revision coordination. The research examines procurement and construction through established EPC methods and academic literature because it lacked access to specific project information. The research investigates thermal and hydraulic principles alongside design aspects and procurement methods and site readiness and water treatment chemical functions. The research presents typical EPC project difficulties which stem from technical obstacles and supply chain problems and environmental rules, while presenting industry-tested solutions and acquired knowledge. The research establishes a systematic framework which links engineering operations to project management approaches to deliver valuable information for academic and professional readers.
