The thesis proposes the digitization of AEC building processes with smart contracts and tokenization, based on openBIM standards (IFC, IDS, bsDD, BCF) that are interoperable via CDE, for greater efficiency and transparency. It defines a technical-legal model that tracks responsibilities, automates checks, and links payments to results, addressing DLT critical issues (scalability, latency, interoperability, security, privacy vs. immutability). Consistency with eIDAS and the role of QTSPs in strengthening evidential value has been verified. Prototype: files in the CDE, SHA-256 fingerprint on the Ethereum blockchain (testnet) with timestamps (OpenTimestamps, Notarify); the chain only stores fingerprints, while the CDE manages versions and processes.

Abstract
The thesis proposes the digitization of AEC building processes with smart contracts and tokenization, based on openBIM standards (IFC, IDS, bsDD, BCF) that are interoperable via CDE, for greater efficiency and transparency. It defines a technical-legal model that tracks responsibilities, automates checks, and links payments to results, addressing DLT critical issues (scalability, latency, interoperability, security, privacy vs. immutability). Consistency with eIDAS and the role of QTSPs in strengthening evidential value has been verified. Prototype: files in the CDE, SHA-256 fingerprint on the Ethereum blockchain (testnet) with timestamps (OpenTimestamps, Notarify); the chain only stores fingerprints, while the CDE manages versions and processes.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
