L'Istituto veneto per la storia della Resistenza nelle Tre Venezie. Dalle origini agli anni Sessanta

The thesis reconstructs the history of the Institute for the History of the Resistance in the Three Venices, from its origins to the 1960s. Through the analysis of archival and bibliographic sources, it examines the political and cultural context in which the Institute was founded and developed, the role of scholars and institutions, and the dynamics that characterized the construction of the memory of the Resistance. The work highlights how the Institute gradually structured itself not only as a center for historical research, but also as a promoter of cultural and educational initiatives, contributing to the definition of regional identity and the preservation of collective memory.

La tesi ricostruisce la storia dell'Istituto per la storia della Resistenza nelle Tre Venezie, dalle sue origini fino agli anni Sessanta. Attraverso l'analisi di fonti archivistiche bibliografiche, vengono esaminati il contesto politico e culturale in cui l'Istituto nasce e si sviluppa, il ruolo degli studiosi e delle istituzioni, e le dinamiche che hanno caratterizzato la costruzione della memoria della Resistenza. Il lavoro mette in luce come l'Istituto si sia progressivamente strutturato non solo come centro di ricerca storica, ma anche come ente promotore di iniziative culturali e divulgative, contribuendo alla definizione dell'identità regionale e alla salvaguardia della memoria collettiva.
