This thesis examines the role of stability policing in migration control through a comparative analysis of the Italy-Albania and Türkiye-EU agreements. By investigating how policing practices are integrated into these bilateral and multilateral arrangements, the research assesses their compliance with international human rights standards. Drawing on legal texts, policy documents, and scholarly analysis, the study explores the intersection between security-oriented migration management and the protection of fundamental rights. The findings highlight the challenges and implications of using stability policing as a tool for externalizing migration control in Europe.
