The research compares the experiences of women in Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, shedding light on the ways in which geographical factors—such as culture, religion, and local traditions—have influenced the progress and setbacks in the fight for gender equality. The thesis also evaluates the role of international movements and organizations in promoting women’s rights on a global scale. Through this comparative approach, the study aims to offer a comprehensive understanding of the diverse trajectories of women’s rights, illustrating both the common struggles and the region-specific challenges that have defined their evolution. Ultimately, the thesis contributes to a deeper understanding of the ongoing efforts for gender equality and the persistent barriers faced by women in various parts of the world.
Questa tesi esplora l'evoluzione dei diritti delle donne attraverso un obiettivo geografico, esaminando lo sviluppo e la trasformazione del diritto delle donne e lo status sociale in diverse regioni del mondo. Analizzando le chiavi storiche le pietre miliari, lo studio mette in evidenza le lotte e i risultati delle donne nel guadagnare riconoscimento dei loro diritti, concentrandosi sui contesti sociali, politici ed economici che ha plasmato questi sviluppi. La ricerca mette a confronto le esperienze delle donne in Europa, Nord America, America latina, Africa, Asia e Medio Oriente, spargimento luce sui modi in cui i fattori geografici, come la cultura, la religione e il le tradizioni hanno influenzato i progressi e le battute d'arresto nella lotta per il genere parità. La tesi valuta anche il ruolo dei movimenti internazionali e organizzazioni nella promozione dei diritti delle donne su scala globale. Attraverso questo l'approccio comparativo, lo studio mira a offrire una comprensione globale del diverse traiettorie dei diritti delle donne, che illustrano sia le lotte comuni sfide specifiche della regione che hanno definito la loro evoluzione. In definitiva, la tesi contribuisce a una più profonda comprensione degli sforzi in corso per la parità di genere e le barriere persistenti incontrate dalle donne in varie parti del mondo.
