This thesis describes the development of an event search platform, created as part of an internship, using the Symfony framework. The project focused on creating a search page capable of filtering events documented by the Arena of Verona's archivists based on specific criteria, ideally offering users a seamless and targeted search experience. Each event also has its own dedicated page providing comprehensive information about the selected event, including the date, location, and participating artists. The implementation required a thorough understanding of the database, which was developed according to the Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) model, a conceptual framework widely used by archivists. The work allowed for a deeper understanding of Symfony, relational database management, and the implementation of advanced web features.

Abstract
This thesis describes the development of an event search platform, created as part of an internship, using the Symfony framework. The project focused on creating a search page capable of filtering events documented by the Arena of Verona's archivists based on specific criteria, ideally offering users a seamless and targeted search experience. Each event also has its own dedicated page providing comprehensive information about the selected event, including the date, location, and participating artists. The implementation required a thorough understanding of the database, which was developed according to the Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records (FRBR) model, a conceptual framework widely used by archivists. The work allowed for a deeper understanding of Symfony, relational database management, and the implementation of advanced web features.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
