The work-related well-being of educators in early childhood education and care services for children aged 0–3 is a topic of growing interest, yet still insufficiently explored in the Italian context. The quality of working conditions within these settings has direct implications for organisational climate, professional motivation, and, consequently, for the quality of the educational experience offered to children and families. This thesis aims to analyse organisational well-being among early childhood educators employed in the 0–3 services managed by the social cooperative “Le Fate” in the Veneto Region, with the objective of identifying strengths, challenges, and possible strategies for improvement.
