This thesis analyzes the growing intersection between coaching and artificial intelligence (AI), a phenomenon that is redefining the practices of professional and personal development in the digital age. Technological acceleration, with the advent of advanced chatbots and generative language models, necessitates a critical reflection on the dynamics, potential, and risks of this convergence. The primary objective of the study is to map, through a compilative analysis of international scientific literature, the impact of AI on coaching, examining the reconfiguration of theoretical models, the transformations in the coach-coachee relationship, and the new frontiers of digital and hybrid coaching. The analysis explores the benefits arising from the integration of AI, such as the democratization of access to coaching and the automation of specific tasks. Concurrently, it addresses crucial challenges: AI's capacity to replicate complex human skills such as empathy and deep listening, and the significant ethical implications. Particular attention is dedicated to the guidelines proposed by international bodies like the International Coaching Federation (ICF), analyzing issues of data privacy, algorithmic transparency, and the risk of bias. In conclusion, the thesis does not propose a replacement of the human coach but outlines a future where human-machine collaboration becomes central. The figure of an "augmented" coach emerges, one who integrates technological tools to enhance their effectiveness while maintaining an irreplaceable role as the guarantor of an ethical and human relationship. Finally, the implications for continuous training are emphasized, which must necessarily include digital and ethical competencies to prepare professionals for the challenges of future coaching.

Abstract
Finally, the implications for continuous training are emphasized, which must necessarily include digital and ethical competencies to prepare professionals for the challenges of future coaching.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
