The present thesis focuses on the study of Marsala wine as an oenological and cultural heritage, analyzing its historical origins, its evolution in Sicily, and the decisive role it played in the island’s international projection. It describes the main stages of production as well as the typologies recognized by the DOC, highlighting how traditional practices have been integrated into a modern regulatory framework. However, the main objective is not only oenological but also translational: based on a selection of specialized texts on wine and its production, a translation into Spanish is carried out, accompanied by its analysis.

It describes the main stages of production as well as the typologies recognized by the DOC, highlighting how traditional practices have been integrated into a modern regulatory framework. However, the main objective is not only oenological but also translational: based on a selection of specialized texts on wine and its production, a translation into Spanish is carried out, accompanied by its analysis.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
