PRESTITO, MONETA E FINANZA NELL'AREA VENETA TRA XIII E XIV SECOLO

This study aims to provide an introduction to a problem in the practice of economic and financial activities between the 13th and 14th centuries. Specifically, it seeks to connect the dynamics of money lending, the related legal issues, speculative strategies, commercial and monetary flows, and the problem of value equivalence between the real system, based on the material value represented by precious metals and related activities (mining, counterfeiting, monetary manipulation, etc.), and the accounting system, based on the development of bureaucracy, the fiduciary system, the connections between commercial bases and associates, contracts, and time management.

Il presente studio intende proporre un'introduzione a un problema della pratica di attività economico-finanziarie tra XIII E XIV secolo. Nello specifico si vuole mettere in relazione le dinamiche delle attività di prestito del denaro, i problemi giuridici ad essi connessi, strategie speculative, flussi commerciali e monetari, il problema delle equivalenze del valore tra il sistema reale, basato sul valore materiale rappresentato dai metalli preziosi e le attività ad essi connesse (estrazione mineraria, falsificazione, manipolazione monetaria,...) e il sistema di conto, basato sullo sviluppo della burocrazia, sul sistema fiduciario, i collegamenti tra basi commerciali e associati, la contrattualistica e la gestione del tempo.
