Il finanziamento degli enti del terzo settore

This thesis investigates the financing system of Third Sector Entities (ETS), starting from the historical origins of the Third Sector in general and its relevant economic theories. The analysis proceeds to explore the foundations justifying current regulatory choices regarding resources, before focusing on the examination of funding channels. Public funding forms and private financing instruments—including innovative mechanisms—are addressed separately. The functioning of each method is illustrated with the primary objective of highlighting associated critical issues and operational challenges.

Il presente lavoro indaga il sistema di finanziamento degli Enti del Terzo Settore (ETS), prendendo le mosse dalle origini storiche del fenomeno No profit e dalle relative teorie economiche. L'analisi prosegue approfondendo i fondamenti che giustificano le odierne scelte normative in materia di raccolta fondi, per poi concentrarsi sulla disamina dei canali di finanziamento. Vengono trattate distintamente le forme di sostegno pubblico e i canali di finanziamento privato, inclusi i meccanismi più innovativi. Di ciascuna modalità si illustra il funzionamento, con l'obiettivo di farne emergere le relative criticità e problematiche applicative.
