The thesis explores how contemporary Argentine literature portrays the children of the disappeared and their identities, suspended between memory and oblivion. Through an analysis of Para hechizar a un cazador by Luciano Lamberti and Hijos Argentinos by Federico Cantoni, it highlights the construction of a “mutant” and liminal identity, marked by collective trauma and the search for meaning after the dictatorship. The literary word emerges as a space of recomposition and resistance, capable of giving voice to a past that continues to live in the present, transforming pain into the possibility of narration and rebirth.

Abstract
The thesis explores how contemporary Argentine literature portrays the children of the disappeared and their identities, suspended between memory and oblivion. Through an analysis of Para hechizar a un cazador by Luciano Lamberti and Hijos Argentinos by Federico Cantoni, it highlights the construction of a “mutant” and liminal identity, marked by collective trauma and the search for meaning after the dictatorship. The literary word emerges as a space of recomposition and resistance, capable of giving voice to a past that continues to live in the present, transforming pain into the possibility of narration and rebirth.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
