Chatbot GenAI RAG su Cloud AWS: Sviluppo e Validazione

This thesis provides a detailed description of the work I carried out during my internship, which lasted 320 hours, at the company Vimar S.p.A. The aim of the project was to develop and validate a system based on Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) capable of answering user questions effectively and consistently, using information available in the document corpus retrieved from the company’s website. The internship included a training period focused on GenAI and on Cloud services offered by AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Questa tesi descrive dettagliatamente il lavoro che ho svolto durante il periodo di stage, della durata di 320 ore, presso l’azienda Vimar S.p.A. L’obiettivo del progetto era sviluppare e validare un sistema basato su Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa (GenAI ) in grado di rispondere efficaciemente e coerentemente alle domande degli utenti, utilizzando le informazioni presenti nel corpus documentale reperibile dal sito web aziendale. Il percorso di tirocinio ha previsto un periodo di formazione sulla GenAI e sui servizi Cloud offerti da AWS (Amazon Web Services).
