Microgreens represent an emerging category of functional foods characterized by a high concentration of nutrients and bioactive compounds. This study evaluated the productive yield and nutraceutical quality of Cannabis sativa L. microgreens, belong to the Henola and Earlina 8 FC varieties, grown using aeroponic cultivation. The effect of two irrigation conditions was also examined: simple spraying with water or administration of a nutrient solution. The experiment involved harvesting nine days after sowing, with analysis of biomass, total nitrogen, crude protein, chlorophylls, carotenoids + xanthophylls, total phenolic content, and antioxidant capacity. The results showed that the use of the nutrient solution did not offer any significant advantages over irrigation with water alone, making the latter preferable from both an economic and environmental point of view. The variety with the highest nutritional content was Earlina 8 FC, although it had lower growth in terms of fresh weight than the Henola variety.
