Le Comunità Energetiche Rinnovabili: Analisi delle normative Italiane ed Europee, il caso di ForGreen S.p.A. SB

Renewable Energy Communities (CER) in the Italian regulatory context, with a specific focus on the legal requirement to generate environmental, economic and social benefits. The research combines a look at the legislation, the Italian "Decreto CER" , with the review of model of the Società Benefit (SB). We will then analyze the case of ForGreen S.p.A. SB which manages CER while being a Società Benefit.
