Il progetto si sviluppa attorno alla progettazione di un controllore di tipologia PID per l'atterraggio verticale e controllato del primo modulo di un razzo, sottolineando le motivazione di affrontare il problema e mettendo in evidenza i vantaggi del controllo PID così come i suoi svantaggi e concludendo con svariate simulazioni ed altri possibili modi per ricavare un controllore per suddetto processo
