This thesis concerns the legal nature and evolution of Export Control within the contemporary international panorama. In recent decades, the escalation of conflicts and threats to global security has prompted institutions to adopt stricter restrictive measures on the trade of goods, software, and technology. The analysis focuses particularly on the concept of 'dual-use' products, incorporating a series of case studies to provide the project with a practical approach. The final section adopts a corporate perspective, focusing on the logistics sector and the impact of the regulations on third parties.

L'ambito di questa tesi riguarda la natura giuridica e l'evoluzione dell'Export Control nel panorama internazionale contemporaneo. Negli ultimi decenni, l'intensificarsi dei conflitti e delle minacce alla sicurezza globale ha spinto le istituzioni ad adottare misure restrittive sempre più rigorose sul commercio di beni, software e tecnologie. L'analisi si sofferma particolarmente sulla nozione di prodotti "dual-use" (a duplice uso), vengono riportati una serie di casi per fornire un taglio pratico al progetto. La parte finale assume una prospettiva interna alle aziende, con un focus sul settore logistica e sull'impatto della normativa sui terzi.
