The refrigeration cycle has remained largely unchanged over time, research now focuses on refrigerant fluids. The shift from hazardous gases to safer CFCs led to serious environmental issues due to their high GWP. Growing climate awareness resulted in the Montreal Protocol and stricter regulations. This work concludes with an experimental analysis of temperature and humidity in a praline workshop and within the refrigeration cycle.
Il ciclo frigorifero è rimasto sostanzialmente invariato nel tempo, ma la ricerca si concentra oggi sui fluidi refrigeranti. Il passaggio da gas pericolosi a CFC più sicuri ha però generato gravi problemi ambientali legati all’elevato GWP. La crescente consapevolezza climatica ha portato al Protocollo di Montreal e a normative più stringenti. L’elaborato analizza infine dati sperimentali di temperatura e umidità in una pralineria e nel ciclo frigorifero.
