This thesis presents a project developed during an internship at Prisma Engineering, a company specialized in the design of systems for civil and industrial applications. The work illustrates the sizing of the domestic hot water supply circuit within the plumbing system of a future building intended to serve as a university residence in the municipality of Pescara (PE), Italy. The project was carried out in accordance with current technical regulations and with the aid of specialized design software, with the aim of ensuring the system’s efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance. The results highlight the importance of accurate system sizing to guarantee the comfort of end users.
In questa tesi si analizza un progetto sviluppato durante il periodo di tirocinio presso Prisma Engineering, azienda specializzata nella progettazione di impianti in ambito civile e industriale. L'elaborato illustra il dimensionamento dell’impianto idrico-sanitario del circuito di mandata dell’acqua calda sanitaria, previsto per un futuro fabbricato ad uso residenza universitaria situato nel comune di Pescara (PE). Il progetto è stato sviluppato nel rispetto delle normative tecniche vigenti e mediante l’utilizzo di software di progettazione specifici, con l’obiettivo di garantire efficienza, sicurezza e conformità dell’impianto. I risultati ottenuti evidenziano l’importanza di un corretto dimensionamento per assicurare il comfort degli utenti finali.
