Analisi strutturale di un bilanciere olimpico IWF

In this thesis, a structural analysis of an IWF Olympic barbell is carried out. After providing a detailed description of its structure and intended use, structural verifications are performed with respect to the material’s yield limit. Subsequently, the safety factor is calculated through a component-by-component analysis of the equipment under examination.

In questa tesi vado a fare l'analisi strutturale di un bilanciere olimpico IWF, dopo aver spiegato la sua struttura nel dettaglio e a cosa serve, procedo nel fare delle verifiche strutturali per quanto riguarda il limite di snervamento del materiale. Proseguo poi nel calcolo del coefficiente di sicurezza, analizzando ogni componente dell'attrezzo in esame.
