This graduation thesis analyzes the role of the Mountain Leader as a mediator between tourists and the natural landscape. The aim is to understand how this professional figure contributes to a conscious and sustainable experience of the mountain environment, acting as a "bridge" between natural heritage and tourism experience. The research is based on a qualitative approach, using bibliographic sources and direct on-site observation. The study highlights the importance of the guide’s educational and narrative role, which can transform a hike into a meaningful cultural and relational experience, encouraging a more sustainable and participatory engagement with the mountain landscape.
La presente tesi analizza il ruolo dell'Accompagnatore di Media Montagna come figura di mediazione tra il turista e il paesaggio naturale. L’obiettivo è comprendere in che modo questa figura professionale contribuisca a una fruizione consapevole e sostenibile del territorio montano, ponendosi come ponte tra il patrimonio naturale e l’esperienza turistica. La ricerca si basa su un’analisi qualitativa attraverso fonti bibliografiche e osservazione diretta sul campo. Verrà evidenziata l’importanza della componente educativa e narrativa dell’Accompagnatore, capace di trasformare un’escursione in un’esperienza culturale e relazionale significativa, favorendo una fruizione più sostenibile e partecipata del paesaggio montano.
