This thesis analyzes the pricing strategies adopted by international companies, focusing on the critical choice between price standardization and adaptation. Through the case study of Claber S.p.A., a leader in the irrigation sector, the factors influencing price positioning in various foreign markets are examined. The aim is to highlight how the company balances global brand consistency with local competitive and distribution requirements.
L’elaborato analizza le strategie di pricing adottate dalle imprese che operano su scala internazionale, focalizzandosi sulla scelta critica tra standardizzazione e adattamento dei prezzi. Attraverso lo studio del caso Claber S.p.A., leader nel settore dell'irrigazione, vengono esaminati i fattori che influenzano il posizionamento di prezzo nei diversi mercati esteri. L'obiettivo è evidenziare come l'azienda bilanci la coerenza del brand globale con le specificità competitive e distributive locali.
