AMCO-APPLICATIVO AMMINISTRATIVO CONTABILE UNICO REGIONALE PER LE AZIENDE SANITARIE PIEMONTESI: DALLA TEORIA ALLA PRATICA

This thesis examines the economic inefficiencies of the regional healthcare system in Piedmont, and analyzes the positive and negative effects on regional public healthcare expenditure following the introduction of a unified administrative and accounting system for all Regional Health Services (RHS). The aim is to assess whether, and to what extent, the implementation of AMCO (Unified Administrative and Accounting Application) can improve the efficiency of regional healthcare spending.

La tesi espone le inefficienze economiche del sistema sanitario regionale per la Regione Piemonte oltre ad esporre ed analizzare gli effetti, positivi e negativi, sulla spesa pubblica sanitaria regionale in seguito all'introduzione di un applicativo amministrativo contabile unico per tutte le SSR. L'obiettivo è capire se e quanto l'introduzione di AMCO (applicativo amministrativo contabile unico) possa rendere più efficiente la spesa sanitaria regionale.
