My thesis originates from the internship experience carried out at Rossimoda S.p.A., within the Time and Methods Department. The project’s main objective was the analysis of processing times: initially, I measured the observed time and, by multiplying it by the operator’s rating factor, I was able to calculate the normal time. Subsequently, I added the necessary allowances to determine the assigned times and, in a later phase, I calculated the standard times for different product variants, obtaining parameters useful for cost evaluation and workload distribution. This work made it possible to distribute workloads more evenly, achieve a more accurate estimation of article costs, and improve both efficiency and overall company performance.
La mia tesi nasce dall’esperienza di tirocinio svolta presso Rossimoda S.p.A., all’interno dell’ufficio tempi e metodi. Il progetto ha avuto come obiettivo principale l’analisi dei tempi di lavorazione: inizialmente ho misurato il tempo osservato e, attraverso la moltiplicazione di questo per il passo dell’operatore, sono riuscita a calcolare il tempo normale. Successivamente ho aggiunto le maggiorazioni necessarie per determinare i tempi assegnati e, in una fase successiva, ho calcolato i tempi standard per diverse varianti di articoli, ottenendo parametri utili alla valutazione dei costi e alla distribuzione dei carichi di lavoro. Questo lavoro ha permesso di distribuire in modo più equilibrato i carichi di lavoro, ottenere una stima più precisa dei costi degli articoli, migliorare l’efficienza e il rendimento aziendale complessivo.
