This thesis describes the activities carried out during a curricular internship at Proxilab S.R.L., aimed at the development of a Mini-CRM system. The project involved the implementation of a web application for the centralized management of customers, projects, tasks, and users with different roles, with the goal of supporting and optimizing core organizational processes. The application was developed using the Laravel framework, adopting a Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and a relational database. The system includes authentication and authorization features, role management, activity planning, automatic notifications, and role-based dashboards. The work followed an Agile development methodology, allowing theoretical knowledge acquired during the academic program to be applied in a real professional context.
