The thesis under examination is divided into several chapters. It begins with a historical analysis of the institutional figures studied in Italy and Great Britain, then develops an analysis of the political role and relative powers in the two countries under examination, concluding with an analysis of current and future developments in the Italian debate related to institutional reforms.
La tesi in esame si snoda su più capitoli, parte con una analisi storica delle figure istituzionali studiate in Italia e Gran Bretagna, si sviluppa poi una analisi del ruolo politico e relativi poteri nei due Paesi in esame, concludendo con una analisi sugli sviluppi attuali e futuri del dibattito italiano legato alle riforme istituzionali.
