This thesis analyzes the role of multisensory stimulation and neuromarketing techniques in the design of corporate retail spaces. The aim is to understand how these approaches can contribute to the creation of engaging physical spaces oriented toward consumers’ needs, in a context in which the concept of experience is playing an increasingly central role in the purchasing process and, more specifically, in the retail sector. Starting from the key concepts of cognitive psychology and marketing, the study investigates the effects of stimulating the five senses within the retail environment. Subsequently, the discipline of neuromarketing is introduced, illustrating its main methodologies and the potential contributions that this field can offer to the sector. The thesis also proposes an ethical reflection on the use of neuroscientific technologies in marketing. Finally, the study analyzes two case studies, assessing the effectiveness of the concepts discussed so far: the company Diesel with regard to multisensory stimulation, and the brand IKEA in relation to the applications of neuromarketing.

Abstract
Finally, the study analyzes two case studies, assessing the effectiveness of the concepts discussed so far: the company Diesel with regard to multisensory stimulation, and the brand IKEA in relation to the applications of neuromarketing.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
