Over the past few decades, marketing has undergone a profound transformation, reflecting the social, cultural, and technological changes that have redefined the role of the consumer within the market. Socio-economic evolution has led to the transformation of traditional marketing, focused on the product and the logic of 4Ps, to a relational and experiential approach oriented towards the consumer and the creation of shared value, synthesized in the 4Cs model. In this context, the consumer takes on an increasingly active, participatory, and conscious role in the processes of consumption and brand identity construction. Particular attention is paid to sensory marketing, understood as a set of strategies aimed at stimulating the five senses to influence perceptions, emotions, and purchasing behaviors. By analyzing the cognitive processes associated with sensory perception, such as memory, attention, and emotions, the thesis highlights how multisensory stimuli contribute to creating engaging, memorable, and brand loyalty-enhancing consumer experiences.

Abstract
By analyzing the cognitive processes associated with sensory perception, such as memory, attention, and emotions, the thesis highlights how multisensory stimuli contribute to creating engaging, memorable, and brand loyalty-enhancing consumer experiences.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
