MATERNITÀ CONTEMPORANEA E SERVIZIO SOCIALE: FRAGILITÀ, RISORSE E INTERVENTI PROFESSIONALI

This thesis analyzes contemporary motherhood, highlighting its transformations, vulnerabilities, and gender inequalities. It explores the role of cultural stereotypes and the psychological and social difficulties experienced by new mothers, such as anxiety and isolation. Finally, it emphasizes the importance of social services in providing support and promoting support networks, moving beyond an idealized view of motherhood.

La tesi analizza la maternità contemporanea, evidenziandone trasformazioni, fragilità e disuguaglianze di genere. Approfondisce il ruolo degli stereotipi culturali e le difficoltà psicologiche e sociali delle neomamme, come ansia e isolamento. Infine, sottolinea l’importanza del servizio sociale nel fornire sostegno e promuovere reti di supporto, superando una visione idealizzata della maternità.
