This thesis presents a systematic review of trust measurement instruments used in recent human-AI and human-robot interaction research, conducted following PRISMA guidelines. Through a systematic procedure, 63 peer-reviewed studies published between 2023 and 2026 were identified and included out of 840 screened at title and abstract stage. From each study, information was extracted on the trust scale used, its original authors, whether all items were present, whether items were adapted, and the trust dimensions measured. A total of 263 items were coded across four dimensions: Performance, Benevolence, Integrity, and Overall Trust. The findings provide an overview of current trust measurement practices in human-technology interaction research, with particular attention to the scales used, the dimensions they capture, and the implications for future research and design.
