This work contributes to investigating the impact of introducing robots into industrial work environments, with a focus on inexperienced workers. First, it presents a literature review that highlights workers’ preferences and attitudes within human–robot collaboration. Second, it offers an empirical contribution through the qualitative analysis of interviews with 16 participants. The data were collected as part of a laboratory study in which different types of training were tested before performing a collaborative task with an industrial robot: theoretical training, theoretical+practical training with VR, and no training. The work provides new evidence on perceptions, attitudes, challenges, and training requirements that can support workers’ acceptance of robots.
Questo elaborato contribuisce a indagare sull’impatto dell’introduzione dei robot nei contesti lavorativi industriali, con un focus sui lavoratori inesperti. In primis presenta una revisione bibliografica che evidenzia preferenze e atteggiamenti dei lavoratori in una collaborazione uomo–robot. In secondo luogo propone un contributo empirico, ossia l’analisi qualitativa di interviste a 16 partecipanti: i dati sono stati ottenuti nell’ambito di uno studio condotto in laboratorio, in cui venivano testate diverse tipologie di training prima di svolgere un task collaborativo con un robot industriale: teorico, teorico+pratico con VR, no training. Il lavoro offre nuove evidenze su percezioni, atteggiamenti, criticità e requisiti formativi utili a facilitare l’accettazione verso i robot.
